National Space Day 2026 commemorates India's historic Chandrayaan-3 landing — the fourth country to land on the Moon, and the first to reach its southern polar region, achieved on August 23, 2023. In honour of this achievement, Hon'ble Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi announced August 23 as "National Space Day."

On this occasion, the Bharat Space Education Research Centre (BSERC) is conducting a free online session, "AI for Everyone," to enhance students' understanding of Artificial Intelligence and its applications in the modern world.
